Cancellation Policy

Public Speaking Booking Policy Her Story: The Gathering Inc. Thank you for your interest in booking a speaker through Her Story: The Gathering Inc. We are honored to be considered for your event and are committed to delivering meaningful, impactful experiences. Please review the following policy carefully prior to submitting a booking request. Booking Requests -All speaking requests must be submitted through the official Public Speaking Booking Request Form. -Requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the event date to allow for proper review and scheduling. -Submission of a request does not guarantee availability or confirmation. Review & Confirmation -Each request is reviewed to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and availability of Her Story: The Gathering Inc. -Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email outlining engagement details, expectations, and next steps. -A signed agreement may be required to finalize the booking. Engagement Details -Speaking topics may include, but are not limited to: -Healing and restoration -Overcoming trauma and adversity -Faith, purpose, and resilience -Empowerment for women and girls Final topic, duration, and format (keynote, panel, workshop, virtual, or in-person) will be agreed upon in advance. Fees & Honorariums -Speaking fees, honorariums, or donations will be discussed during the confirmation process. -Fees may vary based on event type, duration, location, and travel requirements. -All agreed-upon fees or donations must be received prior to or on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged. Travel & Accommodations -For in-person engagements requiring travel, the host organization may be responsible for reasonable travel and lodging expenses unless otherwise agreed. -Virtual engagements may be offered when appropriate. Cancellations If cancellation is necessary, we request notification at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Her Story: The Gathering Inc. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with prompt notice provided. Content & Responsibility -Speakers share personal experiences and messages intended to inspire, educate, and empower. Her Story: The Gathering Inc. is not responsible for how attendees interpret or apply information shared during the engagement. Recording, broadcasting, or redistribution of the presentation requires prior written approval.
