This Vendor Registration Form is designed for businesses and entrepreneurs interested in participating in The Amazing Movement Conference. By completing this form, vendors can secure a table at the event, connect with attendees, and showcase their products or services in a supportive, high-energy environment. The vendor fee is $50 per table, with all proceeds going directly to support Her Story: The Gathering Inc. Vendors retain 100% of their sales during the event. This form collects essential information to confirm your participation, communicate event details, and ensure a seamless vendor setup experience. Spaces are limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Vendor Policy The Amazing Movement Conference Her Story: The Gathering Inc. This Vendor Policy outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and guidelines for all approved vendors participating in The Amazing Movement Conference. By registering as a vendor, you agree to adhere to the following terms: 1. Vendor Fee • The vendor fee is $50 per table. • All vendor fee proceeds support Her Story: The Gathering Inc. • Vendors retain 100% of their sales during the event. 2. Registration & Approval • Vendor spaces are limited and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of completed registration and payment. • Her Story: The Gathering Inc. reserves the right to approve or decline any vendor to ensure alignment with the mission and atmosphere of the event. 3. Setup & Breakdown • Vendors must adhere to designated setup and breakdown times communicated prior to the event. • All displays must remain intact for the full duration of the event. Early breakdown is not permitted unless approved by event staff. 4. Space & Equipment • Each vendor will be provided one table unless otherwise specified. • Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional equipment, signage, or supplies needed for their display. 5. Conduct & Presentation • Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times. • Products or services displayed must be appropriate for an event serving women ages 13 and older. 6. Liability & Responsibility • Her Story: The Gathering Inc. is not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury related to vendor products, property, or operations. • Vendors assume full responsibility for their own merchandise and equipment. 7. Compliance • Vendors must comply with all venue rules, safety guidelines, and any applicable local regulations. • Food vendors (if applicable) must meet all health and safety requirements. 8. Cancellations • Vendor fees are non-refundable. • If the event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, vendor participation will be transferred to the rescheduled date. By registering, vendors confirm they have read, understand, and agree to abide by this Vendor Policy.
